About the Role
BMC is recruiting administrative support professionals to assist European logistics teams by clearing inbox backlogs and administrative queues during peak operational periods. This role reduces internal workload without operational risk.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor shared inboxes
Categorise incoming emails
Log requests accurately
Forward tasks to relevant internal teams
Archive completed items
Requirements
Previous administrative or logistics support experience
Excellent written English
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and follow instruction
Comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks
